Specialist Active Care, Easter 2022
SSG will be offering 3.5 hour active childcare activities for children and young people with SEND. Using it's successful 'Fun4All' model from Saturday mornings, this will be "drop off" to provide respite care to families. Activities will include multi-sports, inflatable fun, sensory play, weekly themes, active play, wacky crafts and mad science. As well as providing many benefits to the attendees, this service also provides crucial time off for parents and carers.
Children will need to bring a packed lunch with them. We will have a maximum of 10 children per session. Further information will follow when you request to book one of these sessions.

Booking:
Initially we are able to offer 3 activity sessions per family (must be different activities).
If we are able to offer additional sessions at a later date, we will contact you again to offer more. Please note availability is limited and will be offered on a first come first serve basis. All bookings must be processed via email and cannot be processed over the phone.

• Your full name
• Childs full name and date of birth
• Your contact number
• Name of your child’s social worker (if you have one)
• Confirm your child has an EHCP/SEN Support
• Child’s SEND Diagnosis
• Activity session type(s) you would like (maximum 3 sessions per family)
• Date & time of activity session(s) you would like if you have a preference - please provide multiple options if you are flexible as we cannot guarantee to meet your preference(s) due to anticipated high demand.
Upon receiving your email we will offer sessions in line with any preferred dates, if we cannot accommodate any of your dates requested, we will offer an alternative slot (subject to availability). If we are fully booked for sessions when you enquire, we will add you to the waiting list and contact you if we get any cancellations.
