Keeping fit and healthy after having a baby

It is important to try and keep as fit and healthy as you can as a parent; having children is exhausting and they require a lot from us as parents and carers. To give us the best chance of keeping up with them and meeting their needs we should be thinking about how we can try and stay as fit and healthy as we can. Remember though, you are the expert and so ensure that it is the right time in your life to embark on this fitness journey
