Bitesize Boxing

Boxing Saves Lives is the brainchild of JP Smith a boxing fan who has spent the last 5 years interviewing coaches, professional and amateur boxers, volunteers and publicising events that shine a light on the amazing work that the sport of boxing does in local communities throughout Bedfordshire.

Boxing can be used as a way to reinvigorate the wellbeing of almost anyone. At Boxing Saves Lives we plan to change hearts and minds so that those effected by loneliness, exclusion, emotional or physical abuse can find solace in the safe haven of a gym, without feeling fear or judgement.

We are running sessions of FREE Fun, interactive sessions to give young people a chance to learn boxing skills, improve coordination, balance and feel great!
