Summer of SEND Multi Sports
Bedford Borough Council has teamed up with SSG to fund FREE 45 minute family multi-sport sessions. We understand many families experience great limitations finding safe stimulating places for their children to attend, play, relax and have fun, we have learnt from feedback from families and added in a coach to lead the activities during these sessions.
Families can enjoy a variety of sports led by an SSG staff member. Sports will vary and will include badminton, football, hockey, basketball, relays and more. We will have 3 families per 45 minute time slot. Families can be in groups of up to 4. There is free car parking in the onsite car park.
Sessions will be delivered on a first come first served basis and initially bookings will be limited to one per family. If you can no longer attend please cancel as soon as possible so that your session can be offered to the next family on the waiting list.

Booking:
Initially we are able to offer 1 activity sessions per family for each activitiy
If we are able to offer additional sessions at a later date, we will contact you again to offer more. Please note availability is limited and will be offered on a first come first serve basis. All bookings must be processed via email and cannot be processed over the phone.
To book sessions, please email info@ssgservices.co.uk with the following information:
• Your full name
• Childs full name and date of birth
• Your contact number
• Name of your child’s social worker (if you have one)
• Confirm your child has an EHCP/SEN Support
• Child’s SEND Diagnosis
• One Activity session type(s) you would like
• Date & time of activity session(s) you would like if you have a preference - please provide multiple options if you are flexible as we cannot guarantee to meet your preference(s) due to anticipated high demand.
Upon receiving your email we will offer sessions in line with any preferred dates, if we cannot accommodate any of your dates requested, we will offer an alternative slot (subject to availability). If we are fully booked for sessions when you enquire, we will add you to the waiting list and contact you if we get any cancellations.
