10 June 2022 1pm to 2pm - ONLINE Monthly Wellbeing Q&A/Drop-In

Wednesday 10am to 11am 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th June IN PERSON OR ONLINE Wellbeing Group Carers Stress Busting
A 4-week Programme to support carers manage and alleviate stress.

15th June 2022 6pm to 7pm Mental Wellbeing – mental health talk for male carers online
Join CiB Wellbeing Practitioner, Aisha Khan, for this talk which will focus on Mental Wellbeing. Looking at topics such as mental health, stress, isolation and the barriers that men may face when accessing support. Also, an introduction to Behavioural Activation (CBT technique) which is about overcoming low motivation, changing unhelpful habits, and developing more beneficial habits to cope with any presenting issues. This is open to male carers only.

Join Mick James for this male carer and former male carer walking group on the last Friday of the month. Take a break from your day to day jobs and spend time with other men who share your situation.

Take time out to give yourself and/or the person you care for a boost to your wellbeing. On offer are footcare and massage therapies as well as hair cuts provided by professional practitioners at reasonable prices
Sessions must be booked and you can see the next available appointment and join the waiting list via the appointments portal
The treatments are offered by qualified practitioners at subsidised rates
- £12 Massage 30 minutes

7th July 2022 10am to 12 noon Parents Together Support Group, Carers in Beds Office Brickhill Bedford
You are invited to join our Parent Carer group where you will meet with other parents and our support worker Jon Clingan on the 1st Thursday of the month. You can share your experiences, learn from each other and about the services that are available to you.
14 July 2022 8pm - 9pm ONLINE Newly Registered Parent and Adult Carers Welcome
You are invited to join us on zoom for this welcome and information session for newly registered parent and adult carers. Learn about the support we and other agencies can offer in your area and answer your questions.
