Carolyn's Childcare - Childminder

My name is Carolyn and I offer childminding care for children 0-8+. 

I am open Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm (negotiable) 

I live in Shortstown/New Cardington with my Husband and two teenage children, Jack and Evie.

I have over 17 years of experience in a variety of different early years settings. I provide a home-from-home environment with exciting play opportunities for the children to learn and develop. Exploring the outdoors is one of my favourite things to do. Exploring the woods, country walks, canals, lakes, parks etc.

I plan activities on each of the children's individual needs as well as their preferences. Some of these activities may be, cooking, arts and crafts, messy play, trips out into the environment, visiting libraries, fire stations and so on. 

I have worked as a special educational needs 1:1 teaching assistant and have a wide understanding of speech and language skills.  

I complete daily diaries and observations for the children under 5 using the Baby days app following the Early year's foundation stage.
