Is a semi-detached house. The house has four bedroom, two bathrooms, one on the top floor and one on the bottom floor, a lounge, kitchen and a small garden at the back.

One to one support are provided each day, individuals are supported with cooking, shopping, accessing any activities in the community, day trips and holidays. The individuals are supported with medical appointments. 2 individuals are supported with finances. The individuals are independent in medication and would only need support in preparing each medication as required.
Individual needs are mixed, three individuals are independent in going out and one will need staff support. The individuals are higher ability and would require support above.
20 Campbell Road
Is a large 7 bedroom house. There is an additional bedroom/ office on the upper floor for staff to carry out sleep in duty. The house consists of laundry room, wet room with a bath, kitchen, lounge, toilet room on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor. On the top floor, there is a bathroom and a toilet room.
There are 4 bedroom and an additional bedroom/office on the top floor. There is a small garden at the back of the building. There are also two parking spaces as well as parking on the street.
The individuals are supported 24 hours however some individuals are out at day centres. One to one support is provided. Individuals are supported with cooking, shopping, accessing any activities in the community, day trips and holidays. The individuals are supported with medical appointments. 5 individuals are supported with finances.
