Virtual Fitting

• We can help you measure and fit at home through online Zoom video calls with one of our trained fitters.
• Booking a Clarks Kids virtual fitting is easy. Once confirmed, you’ll be emailed a link to join the Zoom video call and details of what to have ready.
• During the call, one of our trained fitters will guide you through measuring your child’s feet at home with or without a Clarks foot gauge, or help you check the fit of your child’s Clarks shoes.
• Once you have a virtual fitting booked, you will receive a confirmation email from Clarks with your Zoom appointment details (this will include a link to join the Zoom meeting).
• Once you have joined the virtual fitting via the zoom link we can help measure, fit and assist you with selecting a pair of shoes from the website. To enable you to connect to the appointment you will need to download or have access to a Zoom account on your chosen device.

Quiet In-Store Fitting

Shoe shopping can be overwhelming for some children. If you think a shopping experience without crowds, noise and bright lights would be better, then book a Quiet Time appointment. To do this, contact your chosen store using the phone number in our store locator or call our Customer Care team on 01458 899053.

This service is offered both at the Clarks shop in town and the store at the retail park.

In-Store Fitting

Avoid the queues and book your in-store measure and fit appointment online now. Choose from hundreds of stores at a time slot that suits you. Plus, bring along your child’s most recent pair of Clarks shoes, and we’ll check if they’re still a good fit.
