Mowsbury Park is located in Putnoe and has more outdoor sports pitches than any other park in Bedford and Kempston.
Putnoe Wood, located on the edge of the park, is a local nature reserve and ancient woodland, maintained with support from a popular volunteer group, The Friends of Putnoe Wood and Mowsbury Hillfort.
