Supported Living - Poplar Tree Court

Poplar Tree Court is a development of 18 individual flats for adults with a learning disability. Creative Support provides care and support services to people who need some help to live their lives as independently as possible. The amount of support is based on assessed needs and can be as little as a few hours a week to 24/7 support. Each person has their own flat with their own tenancy. There is a communal area with a pool table and board games for people to socialise with each other. Tenants often arrange barbecues, have a regular take-away night and go on outings.
