Child and Adolescent Emotional Wellbeing Programme session - Neurodevelopmental conditions and Mental Health

The sessions are open to all parents/carers with a Bedfordshire GP. Attendees do NOT need to be open to CAMHS.

The sessions are for parents/carers and siblings over the age of 18, children and young people themselves CANNOT attend

A wellbeing information session for parents and carers on managing emotions, resilience, self-esteem & risk taking behaviours

About this Event

The sessions will provide information and advice about a range of topics, local services as well as strategies to help support and maintain positive emotional wellbeing in children and adolescents.

They will run for 2 and half hours, with a short break and refreshments will be provided

Who can attend?

  • Any parent or carer who has a child registered at a Bedfordshire GP
  • You do NOT need to be accessing CAMHS 
  • Sibings & family members over the age of 18
