Triple P - Developing Good Bedtime Routine

It can be exhausting for the whole family when bedtimes are a problem. For some parents bedtimes can be a real battle and they dread that time of the day. So you can help your child to develop healthy sleep habits so that everyone can rest and get the sleep they need. Is there a lot of drama and tears in your home before bedtime? are you waking up in the middle of the night with your child coming into your room? Or maybe, your child is refusing to go to bed or stay in their own bed? these are common bedtime problems we hear from parents.

So what is this workshop all about?

The developing good bedtime routines workshop is a two hour stand alone workshop where you will meet other parents experiencing similar issues. This workshop gives you some useful tips to develop a positive bedtime routine and teach your child to fall sleep in their own bed and stay in their bed until morning time. These workshops will be relaxed and informal; you can contribute as much or as little as you want. We will watch some video clips of common parenting issues, have a chat about these, share some tips and ideas and you choose the strategies you feel with work with your family.
