First Note music group for people with a learning disability

Two hours of music fun on a Thursday afternoon for people with a learning disability 

How it works? 

We start each session with a musical and physical warm up and you get the group to do your favourite dance move.

Once we warmed up we all decide what instruction we like to play and we have a good old jam.  

Then we have a break with a drink, pack of crips and a snack.

After break we choose songs from our song book and all sing along.  

When: Every Thursday afternoon, 2.00 - 4.00pm
