I am an Ofsted registed childminder located in the Goldington area in Bedford. I received an Outstanding In my last Ofsted inspection. I have plenty of referances that support my person and the high standard of childcare I provide.
I offer a friendly home environment to children where they feel safe and secure. They are encouraged and supported in a postive enabling environment which allows for children to develop successfully in all areas of learning and development to their full potential. I follow the EYFS accordingly, and put my years of experience and expertise gained as a childminder in helping children to thrive whilst in my care.
I aim to be as flexible and as helpful as possible in order for me to meet the needs of parents as well as children.
I have been childminding for over 24 years now and my setting reflects the experience I have gained throughout that time in a positive and productive manner.
In my practise I aim for children to progress and develop in a positive manner that enables them to develop emotionally, physically and socially whilst in my care, that is supported by the routines, activities, structures and play that are all organised according to each child's individual requirements and needs.

- I have gained many additional qualifications that support my childcare practise. I have up to date First Aid certificate as well as Safegarding and Child Protection, and many additional certificates and training which include; children's Speech and Language, Health, Safety and Hygiene, Risk Assessment, Children’s Development, Child Behaviour, Early Years Curriculum, Enabling Environments, EYFS training, Children’s Well-being, Children’s Schemas, and many more. I additionally have a BA Hons degree in learning as well as a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Home based Childcare and a NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development.
