WHAT IS WALKING FOOTBALL?
The main differences between standard football and Walking Football are the two key rules of no running and no slide tackles.
Play the game you love but reduce the chances of injury. Walking Football is a great way to keep fit, learn skills, have fun and socialise all at the same time.
WHO'S WALKING FOOTBALL FOR?
Our Sessions are Recreational, inclusive fun Sessions - open to all ages, abilities and fitness levels ... an introduction to football if you haven't played before and the chance to make a comeback if you have - it is about taking part - may help your fitness, give you the chance to meet people - have a laugh please take from it what suits you. We don't record any results or scorers and neither do we present Cups or Medals.

Mothers and daughters welcome - if both playing (daughters 14+)
