All jumpers during our free jump sessions must be at least 3 years old.  3-5 year old’s must be accompanied on the trampolines by a responsible adult.

We take safety seriously and it is therefore a requirement that all bouncers wear our reusable Xtreme360 trampoline socks which can be purchased for £2.

Bouncers should arrive 20 minutes (30 during peak times) before the start of their session to allow time to check-in and watch our compulsory safety video.

However to ensure everyone is safe, we do have a minimum age restriction of 3 years of age.  3 to 5 year olds must be accompanied on the trampolines by a responsible adult at all times and 6 to 12 year olds must be accompanied in the park by a responsible adult at all times.Do I need to book in advance?We highly recommend booking in advance to ensure you can jump when you want.  Weekends and holidays sell out in advance and walk-ins cannot be accommodated if we are sold out.  Click BOOK NOW to make a session booking.How do I book?Due to the new data protection act, we are no longer able to take bookings over the phone, so please use the Book Now button at the top of the page.Is my booking refundable or transferable?Please see our booking terms for details of our cancellation and refund policy.  If you have further questions about this please contact on email info@xtreme360trampolinepark.co.ukWhat time should I arrive for my booking?Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your booked jump time to check in and get ready for you session.What do I wear and are there changing rooms available?We recommend athletic clothing with some stretch.  Tracksuit pants and long sleeve shirts are recommended.  Our reusable Xtreme360 grip socks are compulsory – to avoid slipping on the trampolines.  These can be added to your order for an additional £2.Can I bring my own food?Due to food health and safety regulations, no self-catering is allowed.Is there a weight limit?Based on the trampoline manufacturer’s safety standards, the weight limit for an individual jumper is 120kg.  Our policy is to recommend that anyone with individual weight-related concerns consult a physician and receive medical clearance for rigorous physical activity on an unstable surface before engaging in trampolining.Is trampolining good for me?According to a Nasa study, jumping on a trampoline for 10 minutes is equivalent to a 30-minute run, giving you the same benefits in a third of the time.
