The Higgins Art Gallery and Museum - Mindful Table Tennis

Fun, social & relaxing table tennis - it can be as competitive as you & your opponent wish to make it. It is quick to learn and no special kit or clothing is required.  Table Tennis has been shown to stimulate brain activity and help positivity.

These weekly sessions aim to improve mental health through physical  activity & social engagement. Sessions are designed to support people who experience generalised anxiety, stress, PTSD & other conditions.

Just turn up and pay £2 on the day. Maximum of 20 people.
