Music Workshops and Sound Baths for relaxation

I offer two Workshops which can be run separately or work extremely well together.

The music workshops are active sessions, I will provide percussion and other instruments and help everybody to learn basic rhytms and then we can make our own, play along to our favourite music. I can even provide a microphone for a sing a long and like to finish getting everybody up for a dance.

Sound Baths are a very different session, you are invited to sit or lay down, make yourself comfortable, while I play a series of specially selected instruments which produce an extremely relaxed state.

Both workshops are suitable for children and adults alike and are constantly being scientifically proven to help in many areas of health, positive wellbeing, and development, whether for stress and anxiety relief, PTSD, Trauma relief, rebalancing emotions, deep relaxation for people with physical and mental conditions, brain development in children, memory work in suffers of Dementia.

Both workshops are open to both children and adults, and I regularly run sessions for parent/carers of Bedford & District Cerebral Palsy Society.
