Inn Farm Day Nursery

Set in 10 acres of stunning countryside, children are able to explore local wildlife, farm animals and the changing seasons on a daily basis. Our aim is to stimulate the children through a balance of child initiated and adult led activities, carefully planned by our experienced and dedicated early years practitioners.

Babies:
We offer a home from home environment, providing stimulating resources that excite babies' interests. With babies we follow a routine that has been established at home, ensuring a smooth transition between home and nursery.

Toddlers:
As children become confident walkers new opportunities for exploration open up and in our toddler area we provide a safe and interesting environment containing age appropriate resources to enable the children to develop their curiousity, co-ordination and physical skills.

Pre-school:
As children develop they are constantly encountering new experiences and seeking to understand them in order to build on what they know, extend their skills and develop their confidence. Our pre-school encourages children to achieve this by providing opportunities for literacy, numeracy and problem solving, story telling and listening, singing and dancing, exploration and investigation, role play, small world play, construction play, messy activities, physical activities and quiet times. Our highly experienced reception class teacher follows the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum so that your child is prepared for 'big school'.

Snack and Meals:
Good nutrition is key to a child's development so healthy eating is positively encouraged. Our menus are carefully planned to meet nutritional requirements and our chef freshly prepares all meals. We have been given an outstanding rating for food hygiene by Bedford Borough Council.
