Making Me - we equip schools with a programme of resources to help children thrive.

Making Me is a Bedford based charity; we visit primary schools to deliver our 'Primary Emotional Literacy Programme' which has resources and workshops to provide a platform of learning whereby children can build resilience, understand and communicate their emotions, embrace their mental and emotional wellbeing and, over time, make informed choices about the person they want to become. 

Through our pro-active approach to understanding emotions and developing positive strategies to support mental wellbeing, children are better able to access learning and thereby prevent the limitation of future opportunities. Children are able to take ownership and care for their mental and emotional wellbeing to help them respond when they encounter difficulties.
