Caroline Sexton - childminder

I offer a safe, friendly and stimulating environment, caring for children's individual needs and requirements. I am a qualified childminder with an NVQ 2 and NVQ 3 in Early Years Education I also have a CACHE Level 3. I have many years experience as a deputy leader at a local pre-school.

I had my Ofsted inspection in 2018 and received a good standard in all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

I offer a range of activities including: crafts, cooking, cutting, sticking, painting and playdough. I have an indoor playroom with a very wide range of toys and games for all ages. There is also an outdoor play area where we have a planting and discovery area which is in use all year round and we also take regular walks and outings. Food is prepared daily to dietary requirements.

I complete daily diaries for under five's and make observations within the guidelines of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) covering all 6 area of learning.
