Goldington Green Academy Preschool (Saplings Class)
Established over 25 years, a good mix of staff experience with all staff qualified, 5 to each session. Children from many cultures as well as some with special needs. Excellent links and transitions to Goldington Green Academy.
A wide variety of activities provided both inside and outside including painting, playdough, mark making, craft work, imaginary play in home corner, small world and music. A variety of construction equipment, ICT (computer) and quiet area with book corner.
An exceptional outside area, totally enclosed, with a variety of physical equipment, sand pit and sensory area, digging areas, mud kitchens, dens, hard and soft play surfaces.
Please note that although our children wear whole school uniform and we very much see us as one school, preschool and Acorns children are not part of Goldington Green Academy until they are formally admitted into Reception through Bedford Borough Procedures.
We are also currently able to provide the Government Extended Child Care 30 hours, to eligible families.
