Big Wild Halloween at  RSPB The Lodge Sandy 

Help Alan the Partridge find guests, ingredients and creepy facts to make the best Halloween Party ever.Our Big Wild Halloween activity packs can be purchased for £3 in the Visitor Information Centre or the Gatehouse Shop (10:00-16:00 daily). They include Alan's Halloween Party trail, a Halloween activity booklet, a bat mask, a pencil and a certificate, to make this a spooky day out for all the family.

You can combine the activity pack with some refreshments from the Gatehouse Shop, a Fantastic Fungi Trail spotter sheet (£1) and a trip to our natural play area for a full day out.

Halloween Trick or Treat Trail Shuttleworth Swiss Gardens 

For the first time ever this October, experience the hangars and grounds of Shuttleworth like never before at this brand new spooktacular children’s Halloween event.

This safe and exciting way for children to experience Halloween with trick or treat areas, actors telling stories, collecting clues to solve the mystery of the lost Pilot, special sound effects and much more.

New Pumpin Patch in Moggerhanger

Spooky Woodland Walk At Wrest Park

As the days shorten and the evenings grow darker, join our ghost-hunting storytellers on a family friendly walk through the shadows of Wrest Park's grounds. With well-told tales full of spooky and strange goings-on, this Halloween walk is sure to get you into the spirit of the season.

The Wizards Of Once Halloween Quest At Wrest Park

Danish Camp 

There is a walking/Cycling following Route 51  that follows the old railway line from the Marina to the Danish camp and there is  free parking at Aspects or the Priory Marina.  

Follow signs from the entrance to the marina turn first left by the recycling facilities and follow that road and you pick up the path as you walk/ride over the bridge.  Don't forget a bike lock for when you on site.

Walk/Bike ride to the Danish Camp from Priory Marina free parking at Aspects or Priory Marina maybe pack a picnic to have at the marina after all that exercising.

Woodland Trust 

Is your child a lover of nature? Do they love to hunt for creepy crawlies, or watching the birds in the sky? Then the Woodland Trust have pulled together lots of fun games, activities and craft ideas that you can do in the garden or local parks and woods that they will love. Treasure Hunt 

Do your kids (and you) love treasure hunts? Well, if so how about joining the ‘world’s biggest treasure hunt’? Geocaching is an outdoor recreational activity, in which participants use an app on their mobile device and other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers, called "geocaches" or "caches", at specific locations marked by coordinates all over the world. Once you find the geocache, you write your name in the log book and seek out the next one! Great fun for all the family:
