Independent Advocacy

An advocate is someone who can help you to get your views across and supports you to have your say when decisions are being made about you. An advocate can give you information about your rights, help you have your say at meetings, speak on your behalf when decisions are being made or help you to make a complaint if you are not happy with the service or support you receive. Your advocate is independent (separate) from Bedford Borough Council.
